General Introduction and Applicability

Welcome to maga baji. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the maga baji platform and all of its services. By browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or taking part in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each member may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the balances and bonuses earned in those accounts may be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information, registering under another person's identity, or obstructing identity verification will be treated as a serious violation.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at maga baji is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. You must use a payment account registered in your own name for any deposit. Transactions through third parties are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in some cases a withdrawal may be held until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

It is the member's responsibility to ensure that correct information is provided during deposits and withdrawals. maga baji will not be responsible if a transaction fails or funds are lost due to incorrect information.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement to use this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

Various offers are available from time to time, including the Weekly Mega Reload, maga baji Slots Festival, and Cricket Season Bonus. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

4.3 Bonus Rules

• If multiple accounts from the same household or IP address claim a bonus, all of them may be cancelled.
• Bonuses are not a cash equivalent — the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• If there is evidence of deliberate abuse of any bonus offer, maga baji reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and winnings.
• It is each member's responsibility to read the applicable terms carefully when claiming a bonus.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been confirmed on the platform. maga baji reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors or unintentional mistakes. In such cases, only the original stake will be returned to the relevant account.

5.2 Match Results

For sports betting, the official results of the relevant sports authority are followed to determine match outcomes. In disputed situations, maga baji's decision is final.

5.3 System Errors

If an unusually large win occurs due to a technical error, that transaction will be reviewed. If a genuine error is confirmed, the winning amount may be adjusted or cancelled.

5.4 Misconduct

If a member engages in collusion (coordinated manipulation by multiple parties), placing bets using match-fixing information, or attempting to exploit the system, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback

Active members at maga baji can advance through four tiers of the VIP program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total bets minus total winnings).

Cashback is not a guaranteed reward — maga baji may review or change the VIP program terms, tier benefits, or any specific member's participation at any time.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by maga baji

maga baji may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If false information is found to have been provided during identity verification.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If a security investigation is required.

7.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing, as claiming a balance after account closure may be complicated. As part of responsible gaming, there is also an option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
